Regular Llamas can be bought at any Mount NPC for gold. You also receive one (you can choose) for the Fast Mount quest in Mnemos.

Adventurer's Llamas could be bought before Episode 1.5 at any Mount NPC for gold. They were removed from the shop in October 2015.
